Sarah has 12 years experience as a management consultant specialising in Leadership Development and Change Management. She spent 6 years with a Big 5 Consultancy working on a number of major change initiatives in a variety of industries. Sarah has worked at all levels within organisations, on business critical change programmes. Sarah’s key competencies are:

  • Leadership & Team Development – design, development and delivery of interventions to improve both team working and individual performance via one to one coaching, workshops and team awaydays.
  • Change Management – preparing and helping people through organisational change including working with leaders to ensure that they can effectively lead through change, building commitment to change, managing stakeholders, identifying and managing resistance and communications.
  • Facilitation & Training – designing and delivering training. Facilitation of workshops, team days and large scale events using a variety of tools and techniques.
