It's Christmas party day and everyone in the office is talking about the party…….how are you getting there? …….shall we share a taxi? …….what are you wearing? …….what time do you think we could leave work so that we can go for a drink first? Productivity is minimal.

Research has shown that peoples productivity in the immediate run up to the Christmas party is minimal, so why not use this time to do something productive? Using the afternoon before your party to do some team building will provide both long term benefits to your business and get your Christmas party off to a good start.
Why not get someone in to run a "strictly come dancing" session with your team in the afternoon and then run a competition in the evening? This provides an excellent way for people to get to know each other better, breaks down any barriers between people or teams, gives your party a focus and is great fun!
