Earlier in the year we launched our 'Organisational Development Diary'.
It is by no means an exhaustive list or a prescription of what you should do. However we hope that it will act as a prompt and a timely reminder to face up to doing those things you keep pushing to the bottom of your To-Do list, but you know that you really ought to be doing them!
As we are well into Q4 and approaching the end of the year, now is the time to take a good hard look at your business achievements this year and the business and team performance over the year. Take time out to reflect and have an honest and objective review with your staff of the year's successes, failures and key learnings - with the Christmas party season approaching it would be a great opportunity to hold this review off-site and combine it with your Christmas do!
Take your learning forward into next year's planning to build on your success and strive for bigger and better things!
