Chester Business Exhibition - June 2005

Join us this Friday at Chester's first Business Exhibition for 9 years at the Northgate Arena. The exhibition is being held to promote and celebrate the success of local small and medium businesses. partners2 is a small professional consultancy business, that was launched by its two directors Deborah Betts and Sarah West earlier this year. They have over 20years consulting experience between them and decided that the time was right to put this to the test and set up their own consulting business, specialising in organisational development. They offer consultancy in 4 main areas: Organisational Change, Leadership Development, Team Development and Creative Facilitation.

partners2 is based in the Northwest as Deborah and Sarah live in Rossett and Wilmslow respectively.

We view creative facilitation as our unique selling point that differentiates us from other OD consultants. We can draw upon a number of different techniques that help to bring the best ideas out of people, manage group dynamics, and structure and organise thinking that make our workshops a productive and valuable use of time. We combine this key skill with our experience of organisational change, team development and leadership development to enable us to bring content advice and expertise to our customers in a fun and interactive way.
