This year we have decided to launch our ‘Organisational Development Diary”.
It is by no means an exhaustive list nor a prescription for what you should do. However we hope that it will act as a prompt and a timely reminder to face up to doing those things you keep pushing to the bottom of your To-Do list, but you know that you really ought to be doing them!
As we are into Q2 now, it would be timely to review progress and performance so far this year so that you can make any required adjustments to your plans to ensure you hit your year end targets. Now is also a great time to get your teams together to share achievements so far and work together on a key business issue for a speedy resolution.
