Deborah has 12 years experience across a broad range of disciplines, specialising in organisational change in recent years. She started her career in the branch network giving her valuable experience of life in the ‘front-line’ as well as head office strategic and operational areas. Deborah’s key competencies are:
- Organisational Development – specialising in aligning the organisation to business strategy and strategic capability development, organisational diagnosis and design.
