Deborah has 12 years experience across a broad range of disciplines, specialising in organisational change in recent years. She started her career in the branch network giving her valuable experience of life in the ‘front-line’ as well as head office strategic and operational areas. Deborah’s key competencies are:

  • Organisational Development – specialising in aligning the organisation to business strategy and strategic capability development, organisational diagnosis and design.
  • Creative Facilitation & Presentation – facilitation at all levels including Board events, large scale events (30+ people), transition workshops & new world launches, and training courses; with a broad toolset covering Graphic Facilitation, Innovation & creativity techniques, and managing Group dynamics.
  • Change Management – preparing people for organisational change, stakeholder management, communications & involvement activities.
