One of the best things about working as a consultant is the fact that you are constantly meeting new people and have the opportunity to do a variety of challenging work in different environments.
Here at partners2 we pride ourselves on the relationships that we build with our clients. We believe that one of the most critical things for ensuring that clients get the best out of consultants is building a trusting relationship. We like to ensure that our clients are 100% sure about what they want to achieve from a piece of work and that it is achievable. We have actually talked clients out of engaging us for a piece of work because we don’t think it is the right thing for them to do at that point in time. Our name was chosen to reflect not only the fact that we are a partnership but that we like to work in partnership with our clients.
We both like to use a facilitative approach to the work that we do, ensuring that our clients get what they need in an interactive and creative way. One of the most rewarding things is facilitating a workshop or teambuilding event where we achieve the objectives of the event but people don’t feel as though they’ve been working. We have used lots of creative and fun techniques for even the most serious of subjects.
